Wycliffe realises the absolute value of local congregation being behind members. That’s why we don’t go anywhere without the support of their church. Churches are our lifeblood, they provide the spiritual and financial support we need to function. Wycliffe Australia is committed to working with local churches and leaders.

We regularly seek advice from local churches and having pastors on our governance board ensures that we remain connected to the church community. We gratefully acknowledge the strong spiritual heritage our members have and the role that churches play.

Local congregations are central to our recruitment efforts. Our senior staff and regional representatives always welcome the opportunity to visit churches and explain who we are and what God has called us to do.
