Chul Hwa and Kyung Ja Chung
After university and Theological
Seminary studies Chul Hwa and Kyung Ja joined Wycliffe.
They served in Papua New Guinea in translation and literacy
from 1988 and saw the completion of the New Testament
in the Kuot language in 2001. They have two sons who
are undertaking tertiary studies in their home country
of Korea.
The Chungs’ focus is the Asian Diaspora ministry in Australia and New Zealand. They are
seeking to mobilise Korean churches and believers to
get involved in Bible translation work.
